I found the book to be well written, easy reading and almost impossible to put down.
The book is extremely informative and well articulated and takes the reader through the evolution of HR and enhances the readers enjoyment with the many experiences.

After having done Level 1 and then reading this book I gained a much deeper insight into HR and a greater appreciation and understanding of the Level 2 and Level 3 workshops.

I was going to do Level 2 and Level 3 anyway but now I am committed to do these levels and eagerly look forward to experiencing these deeper modalities.
