Heart Resonance Therapy was created by Trevor Gollagher over a 13 year period. Below is his story of how it came to be.

During a meditation session one afternoon in 1992 I became aware of an approach to healing that until then, did not exist in my awareness. I realised that vibration and the way it resonated had a lot to do with healing. Even though I had been working with energy for healing for a number of years, the ‘true knowing’ and understanding of this had never occurred to me.In this meditation, I realised all illness in the body had a corresponding energy extending out from the physical. This started a whole new understanding of the interrelatedness and importance of our energetic fields to me. All illness first starts life in the subtle energy bodies and gradually filters down to manifest physical symptoms.

I started to experiment with this new concept and did much contemplating and meditation on this subject. As time went on, I found I was tapping in to a new level of awareness. I discovered a whole network of release portals and points within the energy fields that seemed to correspond to emotions and physical conditions within the body.Every time I cleared disharmonious energy from these portals, the client went through change of a positive nature. It seemed to bypass any resistance put up by the ego or mind. At the time, I called this system Energybody Therapy. Through the years, it took on many guises and continually evolved.

I spent at least 8 years developing this process of portal release, continually refining and tuning this system. The more I delved in to this amazing energy, the more my own life transformed. Not only did the people I was treating go through healing and shifts in their consciousness, I was coming along for the ride.

From those early days up until the present, Heart Resonance Therapy (as it is now called) has always impacted on the practitioner as much as the client. You don’t give a treatment, you and the client enter in to a healing experience together.From working with this vibration, I found myself merging more and more into a pure, spiritual energy consciousness. This vibrational state stayed with me outside of the treatment sessions. The more I work in this energy, the more sensitive I become to the higher realms.

In 2000/2001, I started being contacted by higher beings of consciousness whenever I was treating people. They often came into the sessions and were helping out with the healing. It was around this time I was introduced to a powerful healer being. This being presented itself often as a very big gold figure about 2 to 3 metres in height. I used to see him often. Sometimes the most magnificent smell would fill the room when he was present. This smell was often smelt by the people I was treating as well. Being trained in Aromatherapy I spent an absolute fortune trying to duplicate its fragrance but to no avail. The only way I can describe it, is like the smell of roses combined with liquid gold. This smell had the most amazing energetic quality.

Everytime this being was present my clients would have quite dramatic shifts. One night in 2003 I was visited by a being whilst in a dream state that initated me to a higher energy. This initiation seemed to super charge my healing skills. It was not long after that the gold being left my life and a new energy came to me. I really felt that this gold being was there for me through some energy growth and now it was time for me to move on and have another energy work with me. When I grew energetically, my helpers changed as well. Even though sometimes my clients experience his scent around them in my treatment room, I suppose he likes to visit occasionally.

In 2004 I had another experience that changed Heart Resonance Therapy dramatically. I was meditating one day and this intellegent energy came into my awareness and started to transmit information of a transmission process for my Heart Resonance Therapy. Over the next few weeks I had lots of information come to me often just upon waking in the morning. This information changed the way I now do Heart Resonance Therapy. Also during this period I was guided to meet people and other healing systems that had little pieces of information that tied into what I was discovering and helped to fill in gaps.

In 2005 I started teaching my new simplified system. I dropped all the portal points out of the system and started only to work with the resonant vibration that the transmission gave me. I found by simply resonanting the energy it cleared the portals, energy fields and impacted on the physical and emotional levels all at once. It became simpler, but more powerful. During 2005 I was given more information on working with Heart Resonance Therapy. I have started working internally with the energy, a bit like shamanic journeying into the body. Plus ways of amplifying the energies effectiveness. I am teaching this aspect now in a level two course.

Also in 2005 I felt a need to get HRT out to as many people as possible. I feel this pure form of energy detached from disharmony will and is playing a part in the transformation of humans in this time of planetary shift. We as a race are shifting in vibration and are all moving into higher consciousness. In January 2006 I have started to teach Heart Resonance Therapy teachers to quicken the impact and to allow more and more people access to this wonderful healing resonance. As I seem to carry the essence and energy system chosen to ground this energy of HRT, it seems I have been given the job of initiating trainers.

In late 2006, I received yet another powerful initiation from the higher realms. Not long after this experience, I started channeling information on clearing residue energies from all levels of a person’s existence. It was around this time I was also lead to an amazing woman in Tasmania, Australia that answered a lot of questions about what I was channeling (she filled in pieces of the jig saw puzzle). She also was working with similar healing processes.

In early 2007 I started receiving new information on energy pathways that are appearing in the human energy system. I was also given a new transmission process to activate these new pathways. This enabled me to start teaching a level 3 HRT. At this time I was also made aware of the importance of HRT in shifting mankind into a detached, allowing space in readiness for Godself Awakening.
